GET TO KNOW ME
I went on my first diet when I was 1 years old.
No that was not a typo.
For a good 70-80% of my life I struggled with food and my body.
Name the diet. I have tried it.
I developed anorexia and binge eating as a teenager.
At the age of 19 I had to be hospitalised because my eating disorder was so severe.
So, if you are struggling with food, I see you and I am here to tell you that it doesn't have to be this way.
You deserve a life where you enjoy your favorite foods guilt and fear free.
You deserve a life where you are at peace with your body.

My approach
Eating disorders are complex illnesses, rooted in genetic predisposition and often triggered by an energy deficit caused by dieting, trauma, or life stressors. Once activated, the body shifts into survival mode, making it difficult to think logically or feel connected to reality. Over time, disordered eating becomes a coping mechanism, reinforcing the cycle.
My approach focuses on restoring both physical and mental well-being. I prioritize getting the body out of energy deficit, equipping individuals with accurate nutrition knowledge, and helping them distinguish disordered thoughts from rational ones. Through emotional regulation, nervous system support, self-esteem work, and body image healing, I guide my clients toward lasting recovery. I meet each person where they are, respecting their pace while ensuring steady progress toward healing.
