GET TO KNOW ME

I went on my first diet when I was 1 years old.

No that was not a typo.

For a good 70-80% of my life I struggled with food and my body.

Name the diet. I have tried it.

I developed anorexia and binge eating as a teenager.

At the age of 19 I had to be hospitalised because my eating disorder was so severe.

At the age of 23 I started bodybuilding and competed as a bikini athlete- which also ruined my relationship with fitness.

So, if you are struggling with food, I see you and I am here to tell you that it doesn't have to be this way.

You deserve a life where you enjoy your favorite foods guilt and fear free.

You deserve a life where you are at peace with your body.

You deserve a life where exercise and fitness enhances your life and does't take away from it!

My approach

I approach nutrition through a lens of compassion, autonomy, and respect. I believe that every person deserves to feel safe in their body and confident in their choices around food. Rather than offering rigid plans or one-size-fits-all advice, I collaborate with each client to understand their unique story, needs, and goals.

Science guides my recommendations, but it’s your lived experience that shapes how we apply them.

I strongly believe that following a nutrition plan is not that simple. Each person’s relationship with food is deeply influenced by early life experiences, the environment they grew up in, past diets, core beliefs, trauma, their ability to regulate emotions, and much more!

That’s why, in my work, we explore not just what you eat, but how you feel about food, your body, and yourself.

My work often includes supporting clients in improving body image, building emotional awareness and mindfulness, and finding self-worth that goes far beyond physical appearance.

The end goal is to develop a flexible, values-aligned relationship with food that supports both your physical and mental health.

I specialise in supporting:

  • Eating disorder recovery

  • Disordered eating, chronic dieting, and emotional eating

  • Fitness enthusiasts and athletes who want to move away from food obsession and learn how to adequately fuel their body
